Creating a shipment: enter sender and recipient addresses using the address autocomplete, then add your parcel weight and dimensions. Parcels are capped at 150cm per side and 25kg.
Choosing a quote: you'll see instant, GST-inclusive prices for Standard and Express delivery, plus optional add-ons such as signature on delivery.
Paying: pay securely by card. You can save a card for faster checkout next time.
Printing your label: once payment is confirmed your label is generated automatically. Download it as a PDF or have it emailed to you, then attach it securely to the parcel.
Pickup or drop-off: book a courier pickup from the shipment page, or drop your parcel at any NZ Post accepted drop-off point.
Tracking: follow your parcel from collection through to delivery with live tracking updates, and get email notifications at each key status change.
Cancellations and refunds: shipments can be cancelled before the parcel enters the courier network. Contact support if you need help.
